canvas arrived dirty/unusable. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend

Item came unwrapped inside the box. Had black markings all over the canvas that can not be removed, it’s completely unusable and she never responded to any emails or DMs. It looks like this is a trend based on other reviews.. way too expensive to have to just throw it out. Would never recommend, terrible customer service.
