I recently ordered a custom canvas from Designs, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The logo on the canvas did not match the design that was approved—this was not a minor discrepancy but a glaring mistake that completely ruined the final product. What was ordered was supposed to cover the entire canvas, what was received is an image that was shrunk and not centered on the canvas.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service, I was met with indifference and rigidity. She informed me that they do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom designs under any circumstances. This policy is incredibly unfair and shows a complete lack of consideration for their customers.

Their refusal to correct their mistake or offer any form of compensation is unacceptable. Brielle Smallwood was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless. The entire process has been a huge waste of time and money. I had saved up my own money to purchase this and now I am left with something that I could have done myself off of any website.

Overall, the quality of the product and the service provided by Brielle Smallwood and Designs are abysmal. I would strongly advise against using this company for any custom orders.
